Jim Echlin

Jim Echlin is an experienced regulatory affairs professional in the pharmaceutical industry with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Associate Vice President of Regulatory Affairs, General Medicine at Merck since July 2023, Jim previously held multiple senior roles at AbbVie from July 2011 to July 2023, including Asset Strategy Lead and Senior Director of Global Regulatory Affairs, where responsibilities included leading global regulatory efforts for drugs such as RINVOQ and Humira. Earlier experience includes serving as Associate Director of Global Regulatory Affairs at Baxter Healthcare Corporation and Abbott Laboratories.
