Jo’s past roles include serving as a Senior Manager for Servicenow HRSD/CSM/ITSM at Coned, Medidata, and Northeastern University, and they previously worked as a J2EE Tech Lead at Citigroup, BMS, and Merck Pharmaceuticals. Jo is pursuing an MS in Management Information Systems at Punjab Technical University.
