JoDe Shirkey

JoDe Shirkey, CFM, is currently the IFM Program Strategy Development Lead for Merck Americas, where they focus on the development and implementation of Integrated Facility Management initiatives within Global Animal Health. Previously, JoDe held various leadership roles, including Associate Director of Integrated Facility Management at Merck and Project Manager at EMG, where they managed significant budgets and oversaw diverse teams. JoDe has also contributed to facilities management at ATS, Inc. and Northrop Grumman Corporation, demonstrating expertise in budget management, vendor coordination, and compliance with industry standards. They are pursuing a Master of Business Administration at James Madison University while maintaining a stellar academic record in their undergraduate studies.
