John Pearson

John Pearson is a facilities professional and Senior Manager of Engineering, Maintenance, and Utilities at Merck and Co., where they manage facilities and equipment maintenance for over one million square feet of research and pharmaceutical manufacturing space. They possess a unique blend of experience across the pharmaceutical, microelectronics, and telecommunications industries, with expertise in facilities management, engineering, and manufacturing operations. Previously, John held positions at Lucent Technologies Bell Labs and Agere Systems Inc., where they managed production lines, engineering departments, and changeovers to new systems. John received a BS in Technical Business Management from DeVry University, achieving a 3.9 GPA, and they are currently pursuing education at Lincoln Technical Institute and in Doylestown, PA.
