John Pitti

John Pitti is a Principal Engineer at Merck, where they lead the design of Mechanical Utilities on capital projects, supporting significant annual spending. Pitti's expertise includes large-scale mechanical utility systems and all aspects of design from preliminary phases to detailed engineering. They held the position of Senior Engineer at Burns and Roe from 1982 to 1996, where they focused on utility generation and distribution projects. Pitti earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology in 1982 and is certified as a Six Sigma Green Belt and Energy Manager.
