John Todaro is currently the Managing Counsel - Patents at Merck, where they provide patent support for the company's research and development efforts in oncology, immunology, cardiovascular, and neuroscience. Previously, they served as Assistant Counsel at Merck and held the position of Senior Counsel at Darby & Darby, specializing in biotech, chemical, and pharmaceutical patent law. John has been involved with the AIPPI - International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property since 2015, currently serving as the Chair of the Pharma Committee.
