Karyn Van De Mark

Karyn Van De Mark is an experienced researcher with expertise in molecular and cellular biology, particularly in the fields of immuno-oncology and cancer research. Karyn's career includes significant contributions at the Boston University School of Medicine - Cancer Research Center as a Senior Research Technician and Laboratory Manager, where important discoveries related to anti-tumor activity and retroviral mechanisms were made. At Merck, Karyn has served as a Research Scientist and currently as a Senior Scientist in Discovery Immunology, focusing on early discovery programs for autoimmunity and immuno-oncology. Prior roles at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and Biogen Idec involved studying molecular mechanisms of oncogenesis and developing cellular assays for drug discovery applications.
