Keith Bauer

Keith Bauer is an experienced IT executive at Merck, serving in various leadership roles since April 1991, including Executive Director of IT Technology Lifecycle Management and IT Global Finance, where responsibilities have included driving technology strategies and solutions aligned with business objectives. Bauer has spearheaded digital transformation initiatives and managed IT client services for critical business lines like Primary Care and Specialty Products. Past roles also include leading global business planning for Commercial Information Management and overseeing major IT initiatives, such as SAP implementations and the development of decision support applications. Prior to joining Merck, Bauer worked at Unisys as a Computer Operations/Programmer. Bauer holds a degree from Gwynedd Mercy University.
