Laura Dachner

Laura Dachner is currently the Executive Director for Public Policy and External Relations for Latin America at Merck. With over fifteen years of experience in international trade, investment, policy, and government relations, they have held various significant roles, including Deputy Chief of Mission at the Embassy of Costa Rica and a consultant for the World Bank Group. Laura's legal background includes a Licenciatura en Derecho from Universidad de Costa Rica and an MSc in Regulation from the London School of Economics. Their expertise encompasses legislative and regulatory affairs, coalition building, and advisory services across multiple sectors.
