Laura Garlow, DVM, currently serves as a Professional Services Veterinarian for Merck in North Carolina, starting in October 2024. Previously, Laura held the position of Mentorship Program Director at United Veterinary Care from May 2021 to July 2024, where efforts focused on developing a structured mentorship program for new and experienced veterinarians. Laura also served as the Director of DVM Development, supporting and preparing medical leaders and associate veterinarians in expanding their clinical and leadership skills while continuing oversight of mentorship programs for new graduates.
