Lavarr Brown

LaVarr Brown has extensive experience in procurement and business operations, currently serving as the Director of Business Operations and the Sourcing and Contracting US Hub Lead at Merck since August 2018, where responsibilities include leading the Center for Observational and Real-World Evidence. Prior roles include Associate Director of Global Primary Packaging Procurement at Vantage Specialty Chemicals, where LaVarr drove transformation to a strategic procurement model and developed sourcing strategies for bottom-line growth.
