Lia Benso

Lia Benso is an Associate Principal Scientist in Immunology at Merck, where they focus on elucidating targets involved in immunological conditions and advancing drug discovery. Previously, Lia served as a Senior Veterinary Technologist at Charles River Laboratories, managing complex projects in the Transgenics Department and providing veterinary care for various animal models. Lia earned a Master of Liberal Arts in Biotechnology from Harvard Extension School and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
