Lin Li

Lin Li is a Ph.D. candidate in biomedical engineering with a strong focus on medical image processing, machine learning, and deep learning. They have gained valuable experience as a Summer Intern at MIM Software Inc., developing a deep learning algorithm for unsupervised lung 4D-CT registration, and as a Research Scientist at iCAD, where they improved segmentation speed and accuracy for mammograms. At The Center of Computational Imaging and Personalized Diagnostic, Lin developed multiple statistical and machine learning models for multimodal imaging, contributing to research on prostate cancer. Currently, they serve as a Senior Data Scientist at Merck. Lin holds a Master of Science in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University and a Bachelor of Science in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from Nanjing University of Science and Technology.
