Lu Wang is currently an Associate Principal Scientist at Merck, where they contribute to advanced scientific research. Previously, Lu held positions as a Senior Scientist and a Postdoctoral Fellow at The Ohio State University from 2015 to 2018. They began their academic journey with a PhD in Organic Chemistry from the Shanghai Institute of Organic Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences, which they completed in 2013, following a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Zhengzhou University in 2008. Additionally, Lu conducted postdoctoral research at the Institute of Microbial Chemistry in Tokyo from 2013 to 2014.
