Lucille Bell

Lucille Bell is an Associate Director in Biologics Value Chain Management at Merck, where they focus on integrated project management within the CMC arena. Previously, Lucille held various roles at Merck and Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, where they led laboratory operations for monoclonal antibody processes and managed significant capital projects. Lucille began their career with an internship at West Pharmaceutical Services, contributing to data generation for novel syringe products. They earned a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from Villanova University, supplemented by a study abroad program at UNSW.
