Lucy Chang

Lucy Chang is the Associate Vice President of Global Regulatory Affairs CMC Biologics at Merck, a position they have held since 2022. Previously, they served as Executive Director and Head of the Pre-approval team in the same department at Merck from 2018 to 2022. Lucy also held several roles at other prestigious companies, including Principal Scientist in Vaccine Development at Pfizer from 2009 to 2013 and multiple positions in regulatory affairs and biopharmaceutical development at Actinium Pharmaceuticals, GlaxoSmithKline, Sanofi, and Teva Pharmaceuticals. They earned a Ph.D. from the University of Connecticut between 1997 and 2003.
