Luis Bosques

Luis Bosques, PE, MBA, CEM, CRL, is an engineering and operations leader with over 23 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and manufacturing industries. They currently serve as the Associate Director of Operations at Merck, leading a cross-functional team to ensure safe and compliant production of BCG-Tice. Luis has held key leadership positions, including Plant Engineering Associate Director at Merck and Process Engineer at GE, where they demonstrated a strong ability to manage complex operations while driving efficiency and compliance. They hold a Master of Business Administration from Universidad Metropolitana and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Universidad Politécnica de Puerto Rico.
