Luis Dumeng

Luis Dumeng is an Associate Director at Merck, responsible for site operational leadership across the Caribbean and Central America. With over 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, they have developed expertise in optimizing manufacturing operations, logistics, and project management. Prior to their current role, Luis held positions at Schering-Plough as a Material Operation Project Engineer and Warehouse Logistics Manager, where they successfully led projects focused on cost reduction and compliance. They hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez and a Master’s Degree in Project Management from Universitat de Barcelona.
