Malik Waters

Malik Waters has a diverse professional background with experience in clinical data management, quality control, customer advocacy, and leadership roles. Currently serving as a Clinical Data Associate at Merck since January 2023, Malik is responsible for adding and correcting patient clinical data across multiple sites. Previous roles include Quality Inspector at Merck, Label Room Technician at Sharp Packaging Solutions, and Customer Advocate at Freedom Mortgage, where significant communication with borrowers was a key responsibility. Malik has also worked as a Field Sales Specialist at Signature, Inc., a Junior Mortgage Processor at NewRez LLC, and led orientation workshops for incoming students at Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania. Additionally, Malik was a Team Lead Manager at the Urban Nutrition Initiative, focusing on health education for young teens. Malik holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics with a focus on Business/Managerial Economics from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania, completed in 2019.
