Marci Cavanaugh

Marci Cavanaugh is currently an HR Business Partner at Merck, having served as Director and HR Leader in Global Medical and Scientific Affairs since 2021. They previously worked at BAE Systems as a Senior HR Representative from 1994 to 1998 and spent several years at Lucent/Agere as an HR Generalist. Additionally, Marci held the position of HR Manager at SPX from 2003 to 2006. They earned a Master's in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix between 2000 and 2002, and completed their undergraduate studies at Commonwealth University-Bloomsburg from 1988 to 1992.
