Mathew Abraham

Mathew Abraham is an accomplished Associate Principal Scientist at Merck, with prior experience as a Senior Scientist at WuXi Advanced Therapies and as a Scientist/Study Director. Academic contributions include serving as an Assistant Professor in Clinical Virology at Murray State University, and as a Post-doctoral Research Scholar under Dr. Biao Mathew at The University of Georgia. Mathew has also completed a residency in Veterinary Microbiology sponsored by Boehringer Ingelheim AH (Merial) and was a Graduate Researcher focusing on Avian Infectious Diseases and Molecular Parasitology at The University of Georgia. Mathew Abraham holds a Ph.D. in Infectious Diseases awarded through the Combined Ph.D.-Clinical Microbiology CMCP Fellowship, alongside a residency in Clinical Microbiology completed between 2014 and 2017.
