Matthew Steiginga

Matthew Steiginga, MS, MBA, PMP, is currently the Associate Director of Global Project and Alliance Management at Merck, where they lead project management for pipeline assets and drive strategy within cross-functional teams. With over 18 years of experience in pharmaceutical R&D, they have developed expertise in project management, alliance management, and drug development across multiple therapeutic areas. Matthew holds an MBA from Saint Joseph's University, a Master's in Pharmacology from Thomas Jefferson University, and a Bachelor's in Biology and Neuroscience from Temple University. Previous roles include leadership positions at GSK and various scientific roles, including contract molecular biologist and associate scientist.
