Meka Barnes, B.S., M.S. is a strategic human resources business leader with extensive experience in coaching senior-level leaders, including C-suite executives, on best practices and organizational objectives. They previously held roles at International Truck and Engine as a Training & Development Manager and Six Sigma Master Black Belt, and at General Mills as a Senior Human Resources Manager and HR Business Partner. Meka also contributed to Johnson & Johnson's diversity initiatives as a Program Leader for the Scientist Mentoring & Diversity Program and served as an HR Leader for Janssen Immunology Research & Development. Currently, Meka is the Director of HR Business Partner for Global and US Human Health at Merck while pursuing education at the Rochester Institute of Technology.
