Michael Harrison

Michael Harrison is an Associate Director of Vendor Risk Management at Merck, where they manage global vendor risk. With over 20 years of experience in IT Security, Audit, and Risk Management, they hold certifications as a CISSP and CRISC. Michael’s previous roles include serving as a Vice President and Team Manager of Sys/Data Security at Bank of America, and as Director of Global IT Risk and Security at MetLife. They began their career as a Security Administrator at the NY State Office of Court Administration and later worked as an Information Technology Staff Auditor at Fleet Financial Corporation. Michael earned a B.A. in History-Political Science from the University at Albany and has attended multiple educational institutions for their studies.
