Michael Marin CPP®, ACE, ESRM, currently serves as the Global Associate Director of Supply Chain Integrity for LATAM at Merck since August 2025, where strategic leadership and regional execution are key in managing integrity risk. Prior experience includes leading security operations at Dexcom as the Senior Global Security Manager, establishing security procedures, and overseeing site security. Michael has held various leadership roles in security management with organizations such as ASIS International, Securitas Security Services, and Proactive Defense Solutions. Michael's extensive background includes a tenure as a Foreign Service security professional with the Bureau of Diplomatic Security. Michael's educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer and Information Sciences from the University of the People and a Postgraduate Diploma in Global Diplomacy from the University of London.
