Michael Monge

Michael Monge is a Global PMO Manager with extensive experience in project management and continuous improvement within multinational financial organizations. They have eight years of experience utilizing PMI and Six Sigma methodologies, and possess knowledge of various financial system applications, including Oracle and AS400. Currently, at MSD LATAM, Michael establishes project governance, develops detailed project plans, and provides mentorship to junior team members.
