Michael Tobin

Michael Tobin is currently the Director of Tax Operations at Merck, where they lead the completion of the Federal Consolidated Tax Return and oversee the Tax Technology function. Prior to this role, they served as Executive Director at Merck and held positions at Verizon and Deloitte, focusing on tax compliance and consulting. Michael earned a Bachelor's degree in Business and a Master's degree in Accounting from the University of Maine. They have extensive experience in domestic tax compliance, mergers and acquisitions, and process improvements throughout their career.
