Michael Volpe

Michael Volpe is currently the Associate Director of Engineering at Merck, where they lead area controls. Previously, they served as a Project Controls Engineer at AstraZeneca and a Principal Consultant at Taurus Project Controls Consulting, Inc., managing various project schedules and health metrics. Michael has also held positions at Textron Systems and The Shaw Group, where they focused on earned value management and project scheduling. They earned a degree in Business Management from Towson University.
