Mike Dillon

Mike Dillon is a Senior Scientist at Merck, where they focus on drug product development of sterile biotechnology products. They previously held the position of Associate Scientist in the Research Pharmacy, specializing in biologics and drug formulation. Mike earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Delaware in 2020, where they also contributed to research in the Papoutsakis Lab. Prior to their role at Merck, they interned at Wawa, Inc. as a Fuel Equipment Intern, leading a project on biocorrosion control. Passionate about technology and innovation, Mike combines their skills in project management and experimental design to make a positive societal impact.
