Nicholas Basamula

Nicholas Basamula is currently an Associate Director in Pharmacovigilance Partner Strategy & Management at Merck, overseeing the management of business partner and vendor relationships. Previously, they served as a Senior Manager of Pharmacovigilance Operations at Acceleron Pharma, where they supported the Director in various operational deliverables and compliance oversight. Nicholas has also held roles at Vertex Pharmaceuticals, Alkermes, Bayer, and Genentech, accumulating extensive experience in drug safety and adverse event reporting. They are pursuing a Master's in Public Health from Nkumba University while also studying Public Health at Kean University.
