Olivia Bercher

Olivia Bercher is a Senior Scientist in Discovery Chemistry at Merck, where they currently apply their extensive expertise in the field. Previously, they earned a PhD in Inorganic Chemistry from the University of Delaware, where they also served as a graduate student and teaching assistant. During their academic career, Olivia gained experience in various analytical techniques and mentored undergraduate and graduate students. Prior to that, they conducted research as an undergraduate at Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania, focusing on organometallic synthesis and catalytic activity.
