Pablo E. Maestre

Pablo E. Maestre, MA, CFE, CHS IV, is currently the Caribbean Regional Security Director at Merck, where they have worked since 2002. They previously held the position of Director of Security at Plaza Las Americas Mall from 1998 to 2002 and served as Security Manager at Motorola Solutions América Latina y Caribe from 1996 to 1998. Pablo earned a Master's Degree in Criminal Justice/Police Science from the InterAmerican University of Puerto Rico, San Juan, between 1983 and 1988. Known for their strong work ethic and ability to meet targets in high-pressure environments, they strive to maintain high standards of customer care while excelling in both independent and team settings.
