Padraic Minton

Padraic Minton is a Senior International Finance Director with extensive experience in various financial roles within U.S. multinational companies. They have managed the complexities of international company start-ups in Ireland, including Ashton-Tate, Oracle, and Xilinx, and possess a strong familiarity with U.S. and Irish GAAP, SOX compliance, and various tax and legal frameworks. Currently engaged in a corporate initiative at Merck, they are focused on product transfer and developing a trading continuity plan to maintain Irish tax advantages. Padraic holds an FCA in Accounting from Chartered Accountants Ireland and a B.Comm in Commerce from the University of Galway.
