Patrick Lawrence, PE, currently serves as Associate Director of Design for Reliability at Merck since December 2012 and previously held the role of Senior Reliability Engineer. Prior to Merck, Patrick was with VibrAlign from January 2009 to December 2012, focusing on Alignment Skills Development to enhance equipment performance. Between 2003 and 2008, Patrick worked as an Account Manager at IVC Technologies, specializing in the commissioning and troubleshooting of rotating equipment for various industries, including pharmaceuticals and chemicals. A brief stint in 2006 at Taratec Development Corporation involved promoting lean manufacturing principles relevant to CAPA and equipment validation.
