Pushpendra Arora

Pushpendra Arora currently serves as the Director of Data Analytics and Solutions for Human Health at Merck since April 2023. Prior to this role, Pushpendra held multiple director-level positions at Novartis from February 2019 to March 2023, focusing on marketing data solutions, data platforms, and digital marketing data enablement. Experience at Cognizant spanned nearly nine years, during which Pushpendra worked as a Data Architect and ETL Architect/Project Manager, overseeing operations for over 40 BI applications and designing scalable data warehousing solutions. Pushpendra began the professional journey at L&T Infotech as an ETL Consultant from July 2007 to January 2010. Pushpendra obtained a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Rajiv Gandhi Prodyogiki Vishwavidyalaya between 2003 and 2007.
