Qishui Chen

Qishui (Tracy) Chen is an experienced licensing professional currently serving as Associate Director of Strategic Alliances at Merck. With a strong scientific background, they earned a PhD in organic chemistry from Columbia University. Qishui has held various roles in technology transfer and alliance management, including Assistant Director of Technology Licensing at the University of Pennsylvania and Lead Alliance Management at Spark Therapeutics, Inc. They completed a postdoctoral fellowship and technology transfer internship at Northwestern University, further enhancing their expertise in intellectual property management and license negotiation.
