R. Wayne Behan

R. Wayne Behan, MS, PMP, is the President of rwbehan SOLUTIONS, LLC, providing consulting services in veterinary bio-pharma fermentation technical support, technical transfers, and project management. With a robust background in the industry, R. Wayne served as General Site Manager at Grand Laboratories from 1982 to 1992, and held the position of Director of Technical Operations at Boehringer Ingelheim Vetmedica from 1992 to 2001. They later became the Director of Manufacturing Support and Transfers at Intervet Schering Plough from 2004 to 2013, and currently work as an Associate Director at Merck. R. Wayne earned a Master’s degree in Microbiology from Brigham Young University and a Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology from Weber State University.
