Randy Elder, CMRP, CRL, is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of expertise in maintenance management, reliability, and nuclear operations. Currently serving as the Director of Biologics Maintenance at Merck, they oversee a team ensuring asset reliability and compliance within seven biological operating areas. Randy previously held various leadership roles in the US Navy, managing teams responsible for critical operations, maintenance, and training for nuclear plants and systems. Their academic background includes a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Penn State University and extensive training in nuclear power operations from the US Navy.
