Richard Eidle

Richard Eidle is currently an Associate Director of Technical Operations at Merck, with extensive experience in the pharmaceuticals industry. They previously held the position of Associate Director of Alum Operations at Merck, where they successfully led a team to increase manufacturing output by 125% over three years. Prior to that, Richard worked as a Senior Scientist at WuXi AppTec, managing laboratory operations in a GLP/GMP environment and contributing to the development and validation of new assays. Richard holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from the University of Delaware.
