Rizki Mardian

Rizki Mardian possesses extensive experience in data analytics and synthetic biology, having held significant positions at renowned institutions. As Head of Data and Analytics at Sayurbox, and later as Head of Data at Qlue AI, Rizki demonstrated proficiency in data-driven decision-making. A Postdoctoral Research Associate at the University of Edinburgh since January 2021, Rizki focuses on designing and testing large scale genetic circuits using advanced methodologies. Previous roles include Postdoctoral Research Associate positions at Boston University and the Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard, where Rizki developed innovative gene circuits and bio-design automation platforms. Currently serving as a Senior Scientist in Biologics Design & Engineering at Merck, Rizki combines diverse skills in molecular genetics, recombinant DNA techniques, and machine learning analytics. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy and a Master of Engineering in Nanotechnology from Nagoya University, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Indonesia.
