Root Woldu, MPH, is a healthcare strategist committed to advancing access and building capabilities in digital health, HIV, and oncology. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager for Patient Health Innovation at Merck, they lead strategies to enhance patient engagement and forge cross-sector partnerships. Woldu has previously held positions with organizations such as Maisha Meds, the World Health Organization, and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, focusing on healthcare accessibility for vulnerable populations. They are pursuing a Master of Public Health at Harvard University while holding a Bachelor of Science in Public Health Science from the University of Maryland.
