Rusty Fuchs has extensive experience in both military and pharmaceutical sectors. From January 1990 to December 1994, Rusty served as a Lieutenant in the US Navy, focusing on Surface Warfare aboard the USS Arthur W Radford, with deployments to the Persian Gulf and Mediterranean Sea, as well as involvement in drug interdiction operations in the Caribbean. Rusty's career in the pharmaceutical industry began at Merck, where initial roles included Quality Engineer and various positions in production operations, ultimately leading to the role of Associate Director of Relationship Management in Global Clinical Supply since January 2013. Rusty also served as Senior Global Sourcing Project Manager, managing vendor relationships and outsourcing clinical packaging services between January 2007 and December 2012. Educational credentials include an MBA from Lehigh University and a BS in Engineering from the United States Naval Academy.
