Ryan Pearce

Ryan Pearce is an Associate Director of Engineering and serves as the Americas Area CQV Lead at Merck, where they have held various engineering positions since 2021. Ryan previously worked as a Specialist and Senior Specialist in Engineering, as well as an intern in Technical Operations RotaTeq Packaging. They began their professional journey as a Campus Ambassador for The GREEN Program and an intern at Hubbell Incorporated. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science in both Biomedical/Medical Engineering and Mechanical Engineering, along with a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering, all from Carnegie Mellon University.
