Sam Kattar

Sam Kattar is a Principal Scientist at Merck, where they focus on advancements in drug discovery. Previously, Sam served as a Manager of Sublibrary Synthesis at Neogenesis Pharmaceuticals and held various roles at Merck, including Purification Chemist and Parallel Medicinal Chemist. They played a key role in optimizing purification processes and contributed to pre-lead optimization programs through collaborative synthesis efforts. Sam earned their MS/BS in Biology and Biochemistry from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
