Samira Saad is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in medical affairs and strategy. Currently serving as the Director of Payor and Access Strategy Lead for Health Systems within Merck, Samira has previously held the position of Vice President of Medical Affairs at Medvantx, along with key roles at Roche, including Global Neurology Strategy Workstream Lead and Senior Scientific Affairs Manager. Samira's early career includes significant contributions as a Clinical Pharmacist at the University of Michigan Health System and as a member of the Michigan Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee, appointed by Governor Gretchen Whitmer. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from The Johns Hopkins University and a Doctor of Pharmacy from Wayne State University.
