Scott Diede

Scott Diede is the Late Melanoma Global Lead in Clinical Development at Merck, where they have served as Executive Director of Oncology Clinical Research since 2018. Previously, Scott held several roles at Merck, including Senior Clinical Director and Clinical Director in Oncology Clinical Research. They also contributed to the field as an Associate in Clinical Research at Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center and an Attending Physician at Seattle Children's. Scott's academic background includes an AB in Chemistry and an MD, PhD in Medicine from the University of Chicago. Additionally, Scott gained teaching experience as a Clinical Assistant Professor and Acting Assistant Professor at UW Medicine in 2014.
