Scott Walker currently serves as a Senior Principal Scientist at Merck since May 2023, following a long tenure as a Principal Scientist at Merck Research Laboratories, which began in 1997. Prior to joining Merck, Scott Walker completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the Howard Hughes Medical Institute from 1992 to 1997. Scott Walker holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology from the University of Maine and has further education from The University of Connecticut Health Center.
