Sean P Fleming

Sean P. Fleming is a PhD candidate in Pharmaceutical Health Services Research at the University of Maryland, Baltimore, while also pursuing a Master in Social Welfare at the University of California, Berkeley. Currently serving as Associate Director of Outcomes Research at Merck, Sean leads the development and execution of value evidence strategies and real-world evidence studies. Previously, Sean held roles such as T32 Epidemiology of Aging Pre-Doctoral Fellow and Senior Research Analyst, contributing to large-scale health research projects and epidemiological studies. With a solid foundation in data analysis and project management, Sean has consistently engaged in high-impact research initiatives throughout their career.
