Sheetal Panday

Sheetal (Joshi) Panday, PhD, is a seasoned quantitative pharmacologist with over four years of experience in Model-Informed Drug Development (MIDD). Currently serving as an Associate Director of Quantitative Pharmacology & Pharmacometrics-Oncology at Merck, they apply their expertise in mechanistic QSP, PK/PD, and exposure–response modeling to guide oncology drug development. Their previous roles include Senior Scientist at Applied BioMath, where they led model-based support for clinical translation across various indications, and Research Associate at Wayne State University School of Medicine. Sheetal obtained their PhD in Biomedical Engineering from Wayne State University and holds both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree from Shivaji University.
