Shirley Bone

Shirley Bone is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in analytics, program management, and operational excellence. Currently serving as the Head of Operational Excellence for HH Digital Data & Analytics at Merck since April 2022, Shirley previously held various leadership roles at MetLife, including Assistant Vice President of Analytics Delivery COE and Director of Enterprise COE Analytics, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing global analytic centers of excellence and implementing Agile methodologies. Prior experience at IBM from 1997 to 2015 involved managing complex programs with significant revenue plans, leading PMO initiatives, and enhancing operational capabilities across various sectors. Shirley's career began at IBM Federal Systems / Lockheed Martin, focusing on software application project management. Shirley holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Morgan State University.
